Quality Review Solutions is currently seeking qualified appraiser vendor partners in your coverage area to assist with appraisal services. Started in January 2008, QRS is a veteran owned small business competing for both short and long-term government appraisal contracts.

Our experience and success in the contract process can benefit you through developing a partnership for future work as a contractor with QRS. This is an opportunity to increase your business line with minimal upfront effort. Teaming with us can result in appraisal contracts within your coverage area and without the man hours spent searching and securing these contracts. QRS subscribes to a nationwide database of 90,000 public and private agencies soliciting for appraisal work.

Recent contracts we have won include FHA Field Reviews, Rent Comparability Studies and HAP Appeal Appraisals. Our President, L. Fitzhugh Reese, SRA has over 25 years in the appraisal industry. Mr. Reese is qualified as an expert witness in the US Federal Courts, and has over 20 years as an FHA Roster and VA appraiser. Vice President, Daniel P. Geary, SRA is a former analyst at the HUD Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) and participated in the oversight of the FHA appraisal review and compliance program. Our experience in both private and government appraisal contracts can be a great asset to both you and your company.

Our goal is to build the strong working relationship necessary to successfully secure appraisal contracts in your coverage area. Once the contracts are secured, we will work with you to ensure successful completion and timely delivery.

Vendor Partnership Process:

Step 1) Contact Quality Review Solutions to discuss your appraisal experience, expertise and coverage area

Step 2) Your profile and qualifications will be added to our vendor database

Step 3) Our staff will research contracting opportunities in your coverage area

Step 4) Once one or more opportunities are found, we will work with you to develop a competitive fee quote for the project

Step 5) Our staff will complete and submit a proposal for the contract, and monitor the contracting process

Step 6) Once the contract is secured, the assignment will be sent to you for completion

Step 7) Upon completion of the assignment, you’ll submit the appraisal to QRS for review and final submission to the contracting agency or business

Step 8) QRS will send final payment for the completed appraisal to you
