QRS Appraiser Registry
QRS is looking for experienced appraisers, in all states, with Errors & Omission Insurance, to join our panel and complete reviews within your market areas. As a member of our registry you may choose only desk work or desk and field work. You may choose residential, commercial work or both.
To be eligible to join the QRS Appraiser Registry, vendors must fulfill the following:

Possess ten (10) or more years of qualified appraisal experience. |

Hold a current Certified Residential or Certified General appraiser license. |
|
Be Appraiser Qualifications Board (AQB) compliant. |
|
May not be an employee of a lender or a lender-owned appraisal company. |
|
Carry individual Errors & Omission insurance. |
|
Complete an extensive application process including the submission of at least three business references, resume and product samples (when requested). |
A completed application, with pdf copies of your current licenses and Errors and Omission insurance binder, is required to begin the process of joining our registry.
This application is an online form and is returned to our secured mail server.
